Solve the secret

Get it right and the round is yours. Get it wrong and you lose 2 ink drops.

How to play

  1. Write a secret. Any word or phrase with 3 to 25 letters. Spaces and hyphens are fine.
  2. Spellcheck. Once both secrets are sealed you get a short window to fix one typo.
  3. Hunt. Take turns tapping letters. Every hit appears on the board; every miss spills one of your 6 ink drops.
  4. Solve. Think you know it? Solve outright. A wrong solve spills two drops.
  5. Win. Uncover every letter or solve it. Run out of ink and you lose.
  6. Clock. You get 30 seconds per turn. Miss 3 turns in a row and you forfeit.
